Contact Us
Questions, bug reports, corrections and legal enquiries all reach the same inbox. We read everything, and we genuinely rely on reports to catch problems we cannot reproduce ourselves.

What to get in touch about
Something is broken
A tool producing the wrong output, a preview that no longer matches Discord, or a page that fails to load. Tell us which tool you were using, which browser and device, what you expected, and what happened instead. If it involves a file, its rough size and format helps a great deal.
Tool ideas and feature requests
Most of what is on this site started as a specific problem someone could not solve inside Discord. If you keep hitting the same wall and there is no tool for it, describe the workflow you are stuck on rather than the feature you imagine — it usually leads somewhere better.
Corrections to our guides
Discord changes its limits and interface regularly, and our articles occasionally fall behind. If you have found something out of date or simply wrong, point us at the page and, where possible, the official Discord documentation that contradicts it.
Privacy questions
Questions about how the site handles data, or requests relating to your rights under GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA. Note that the tools run entirely in your browser and we hold no user accounts, so in practice there is rarely any personal data of yours for us to retrieve or delete.
Legal, copyright and press
Copyright or trademark concerns, takedown requests, and press or partnership enquiries. For a copyright claim, include the material at issue, the URL where it appears, and proof of your ownership or authority to act.
What we cannot help with
We are not Discord, and we have no access to Discord accounts, servers, or moderation systems. We cannot recover a banned or hacked account, remove a message from someone else’s server, reveal who is behind an account, or intervene in a dispute between members. For any of those, contact Discord Support directly.
We also cannot help with anything that involves accessing another person’s account, bypassing Discord’s safety systems, or evading a ban. Every tool on this site produces ordinary text and ordinary files that you send yourself.
Before you write
A lot of common questions are already answered on the site. Our homepage FAQ covers how the tools handle your data and what they can do, each tool page has its own FAQ for questions specific to it, and the guides section goes into detail on Discord’s limits and formatting rules.
